Providing and using personal data
WHITEROSE OÜ, through its online flower shop whiterose.ee, requests personal information such as your email address, name, organization name, recipient’s name, telephone number, and address in order to deliver your order and fulfill its obligations to the customer. We do not disclose our customers’ personal information to third parties, except where such information is required by the courier service responsible for delivering the flowers. We also comply with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

2. The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods, including flowers (Section 53(4) of the law).
